Michigan Residential Code (2015)
The 2015 Michigan Residential Code is fully integrated, Michigan-
specific residential building code based on the 2015 International
Residential Code.
This code book establishes minimum regulations for one- and two-
family dwellings and townhomes of three stories or less. Effective
date: February 08, 2016.
